Day 35
I've been totally stuck for the last few months trying to get my head around just what the mind is made up of. Possible options include:
The mind is simply the brain, all processes are physical processes; ie. there is no mind.
The mind is of a separate and distinct substance from the brain.
The mind is of the same substance as the brain, but somehow of different properties.
There is no brain; everything is mental.
There are probably other possibilities as well. I'll get back to this subject hopefully soon, but tonight is not the night; just too much on the plate for school to do much 'spare' philosophizing!
