Shit gets done fast in this city. About two weeks ago I walked to a nearby convenience store for some ice cream. Then, not 4 days later I was walking by and it was a bbq restaurant, full of customers. The place was completely different, with a new sign and furniture and walls and everything. It happened so quickly that I wondered whether I had lost my bearings and was on the wrong block (the whole neighbourhood looks the same).
